The first step is the consultation: you’ll meet with Dr. Michael Gaspari, who can help identify the best course of action to reduce your pain. From there, you will get a 6 week program through Everfit (an app you can download) which will outline what you need to do based on your goals.
-
Some clinics can double book you, fill your time with needless modalities (ice/heat/ultrasound/E-stim), and often want you to be seen 2 times a week for 12 weeks, or even more! If you have a high deductible, this can be thousands of dollars.
By meeting with me once, we can set up a plan for you moving forward. You will be getting more affordable, personalized care.
-
Tempered Strength PT takes the approach that by employing basic principles of strength and conditioning, you can get key areas of your body stronger and more resilient in order to reducing pain. This will also help reduce risk of future injuries.
-
Traditional methods of rehab can often take a long time to initiate. When you schedule an appointment, you choose the time that works best for you. Consultations will take ~1 hour and will focus on how to address your symptoms in addition to developing a personalized exercise program to reach your goals.
